What to expect

During your complementary consultation, a case history will be created — both to gather information and to understand your experience and expectations. If we both decide upon, we will proceed with scheduling the first treatment session.

Treatment sessions typically last an hour, although it can vary. For hands on sessions you remain fully clothed and will usually lie face up or on your side on a massage table, or you may be seated. Finding a comfortable position for you is important and the practitioner will have props to support the body. The practitioner will make light contact with your body with his hands and will move to areas that are prioritized by your system. As the body functions as a whole, the practitioner may focus on areas other than where your symptoms occur.

Touch free/distance sessions happen in the comfort of your own home. I work through Zoom, WhatsApp, Messenger and a couple other platforms. Before the session takes place, myself and the patient chat first, establish an intention for the session, and then we will proceed with the session. After I am guided to step back and your inner wisdom takes over, I also suggest to allow space for integration of the work as it continues, until you feel an impulse to move back into your day.

Please consider what you would like to change, to shift, to experience, to let go of, or move towards by receiving this work. We will discuss this during the complementary consultation.

After a session there can be a period of adjustment where some clients report an increase in awareness of their symptoms. It is important to remember that BCST is a facilitation of the body's self repair intelligence. The actual session is to support your system to access information and resources to make deep, intrinsic reorganizations. Some patients report relief after only one or two sessions. For long-standing issues, further treatments may be required to assist the body in a holistic movement towards greater health.

I am always available by email between sessions to answer any questions that may arise and to see the client through the healing process.
